Recently I have restructured my blogs, and making some private and members only, hoping to get rid of spam comments and referrals, but not successful. So I googled to find out what is going on, ...

What Are The Bogus, High Activity Links In My Stats Logs? You were redirected here from a topic that was marked as a duplicate: blogsrating.pw

My Stats logs show a constant, massive amount of pageviews coming from links from porn sites, and other undesirable websites, against my blog. How do I stop this from happening?
This is called referer spam.
Nobody is actually viewing your blog from these sites - and nobody knows about these links but you, since only you can see your Stats logs.
There are no actual links to your blog, from these websites - nor is your blog content being read, from anybody's computer. Neither your blog's page rank nor reputation is affected, one way or the other, by referer spam.

Referer spam never stops. You'll stop seeing a specific spam URL, when the spammer switches to a new URL. They only switch to new URLs when Google blocks the spam advertising the current URL. You stop seeing referer spam in general, when your blog becomes mature and it starts getting real traffic.

Owners of newer blogs, with less established traffic, will see their pageview counts fluctuate more.

Referer spam affects Stats, and similar website activity log summaries - but third party activity logs will be immune to its effects.

Be aware how Stats is unique - which leads to this problem.

Note that "private" blogs (blogs with designated readers) will still show bogus pageview counts.
Referer spam records are not blocked by the "private" blog interstitial.

And the answer to the (alternately) spoken / unspoken question - Why can Google not just block the spam, immediately?
http://blogging.nitecruzr.net/2012/04/referer-spam-cannot-be-blocked.html
And a similarly innocent idea - Why can't the blog owners help identify the spam, immediately?

Stop clicking on the links in your Stats logs. That's the only way to make referer spam stop.

Concentrate on publishing your blog, and getting legitimate traffic - and the referer spam will not be an important issue.
http://blogging.nitecruzr.net/2012/07/your-blogger-blog-and-wave-of-spam.html
With sufficient real traffic to your blog, you will only see the referer spam in "Now" and maybe "Today" time ranges, just after it hits your blog.
